We are an organization comprised of talented, diverse, and driven structural engineers who are dedicated to their growth both personally and professionally.

Mission

Our mission is to provide Young Structural Engineers a medium to interact, communicate and grow as they develop in their careers and industry. Our community and resources will help to elevate the Structural Engineering Field as our members progress in their careers and life.

Our Goals

Our plan is to have events focused on our development as a group and industry through regular programs and opportunities that would otherwise not come to you through your typical connections and interactions in your day to day work life.
We will provide a fun medium to get out and interact with each other and other groups within our industry in a positive and meaningful way.
