Dear ISEA Members:
Welcome to our 2016-2017 session, which marks the 13th year of existence for the Indiana Structural Engineers Association!
We are honored by your membership, and pledge to continue our efforts to promote our profession. Our Fall kick-off meeting held at Scotty’s Brewhouse on the north side of Indianapolis on October 20th was well-attended with a total of 20 members and guests. Though this was a social event offered free to our members and guests, ISEA President Wes Jordan shared a few announcements for the upcoming year, and Don Corson provided us with a brief update on our Government Relations committee, which he chairs. We also reminded everyone to anticipate our upcoming annual Spring Conference in March 2017.
The success of our organization relies upon your on-going support and continued participation in our events and activities. We encourage you to join in and help us. Our organized events and activities are excellent opportunities for you to network with other structural engineers, actively voice your concerns on relevant issues such as Special Inspections, and rack up quality continuing education credits.
We hope to offer additional opportunities to participate. We welcome any ideas that you may have to promote our profession through ISEA, and hope that you will join us in building upon its success.
ISEA welcomes the following members who have joined since May 2016.
